The Digital Marketing Associate role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Digital Marketing Associate assists in content production, performance tracking, and tactical implementation to help drive brand growth, lead generation, and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day digital marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Assist in planning and implementing paid media campaigns, including keyword research, ad setup, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Support SEO and content initiatives, including basic keyword integration, on-page optimization, and blog/article support.
  • Help manage company website updates and landing pages, ensuring timely publication and accuracy.
  • Produce analytics reports on campaign results, website activity, and social media performance.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor brand presence across digital channels and assist in community engagement.
  • Support execution of email marketing, automation flows, and CRM tasks.
  • Contribute ideas for campaign improvements, audience targeting, and content strategy.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or related marketing functions.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and content coordination.
  • Exposure to paid advertising platforms or SEO work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Internship experience in a digital or marketing role may be considered for junior-level applicants.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital channels including social, search, and email.
  • Basic familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta/Ads Manager, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and online content best practices.
  • Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
