The role involves coordinating live webinar flow, introducing speakers, facilitating discussions and Q&A segments, and ensuring a professional and seamless audience experience during virtual events.
Webinars may cover topics related to medicine, plastic surgery, breast implants, breast explants, and related healthcare discussions. Prior exposure or familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare-related conversations is highly preferred.

- Platform Mastery: Stay current on features within our webinar stack (e.g., Facebook Live, YouTube Live, Instagram Live, Tiktok Live, Restream).
2. Audience Engagement & Community Management
- Active Moderation: Welcome participants as they join, set the tone for the event, and keep the chat lively and on-topic.
- Engagement Tools: Strategically launch polls, push “call-to-action” pop-ups, and share relevant resources/links in the chat.
- Conflict Resolution: Monitor for disruptive behavior or “trolling” and decisively remove attendees who violate community guidelines.
3. Speaker Support & Q&A Facilitation
- Introductions: Deliver professional opening remarks and introduce guest speakers with high energy.
- Q&A Curation: Monitor the Q&A queue, filter redundant or irrelevant questions, and feed the best inquiries to the speaker in a structured manner.
Timekeeping: Gently keep speakers on track to ensure the event ends on time while allowing for adequate interactive segments.
