Job Description

  • Performance Measurement and Improvement
    • Cadence definition: Determine which metrics should be tracked hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
    • Set monthly, quarterly, and “entitlement” targets for all metrics tracked
    • Continuous Improvement: Work with team leads to identify process improvements that will move the group closer to “entitlement” targets. Clearly associate metrics improvement to process improvement.
    • Escalation: Design triggers to identify when process issues should be escalated
  • Process Improvements
    • Learn, analyze and propose improvements to company processes
    • Clearly draw and map out as-is and to-be processes
    • Prioritize improvement projects by cost and calculated impact / ROI
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and vision of the organization;
  • Provide front line in Operations Assistant service via various channels
  • Perform other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures;
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data;

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or an equivalent field.
  • 0 to 2 years experience. Compensation commensurate with experience.
  • You live and breathe Microsoft Excel. Bonus points for BI Tools & Statistical Analysis.
  • Above average written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-pacer.
  • Honest – Trustworthy – Strode environment and willing to perform various tasks
  • Strong work ethic.  Self Starting integrity.
  • Amazing to have: Experience in a company that grew at least 5x while you were there, and you helped identify and fix broken processes along the way
  • Amazing to have: Experience implementing, or even just having read any of the following books: E-Myth, Traction, Clockwork, Scaling Up, Scaling Up Excellence
  • We are temporarily working-from-home. Once it is safe for employees to return to an office, we will implement a hybrid schedule where employees will have the flexibility to work from home or the office.  Ideally you are located in Manila, but we encourage anyone truly exceptional to apply.
