Cadence definition: Determine which metrics should be tracked hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
Set monthly, quarterly, and “entitlement” targets for all metrics tracked
Continuous Improvement: Work with team leads to identify process improvements that will move the group closer to “entitlement” targets. Clearly associate metrics improvement to process improvement.
Escalation: Design triggers to identify when process issues should be escalated
Process Improvements
Learn, analyze and propose improvements to company processes
Clearly draw and map out as-is and to-be processes
Prioritize improvement projects by cost and calculated impact / ROI
Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and vision of the organization;
Provide front line in Operations Assistant service via various channels
Perform other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures;
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data;
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or an equivalent field.
0 to 2 years experience. Compensation commensurate with experience.
You live and breathe Microsoft Excel. Bonus points for BI Tools & Statistical Analysis.
Above average written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-pacer.
