  • Receive manpower request
  • Post job advertisement to different sourcing channels such as but not limited to the ff: 
    • JobStreet
    • Indeed
    • BestJobs
    • Social media 
    • LinkedIn
  • Sourcing and paper screening the qualified applicants for each positions
  • Conduct phone screening of applicants 
  • Facilitate exams to applicants (example: Writing exam for Content Writers)
  • Update contacted applicant’s tracker 
  • Send interview invitation to all shortlisted applicants
  • Coordinate schedule for on-site interviews
  • Facilitate hiring deliberation every after on-site interviews
  • Send job application status to all processed applicants (ex: rejection notice)
  • Facilitate release of referral incentive to qualified employees 
  • Conduct reference / background check

Onboarding

  • Issue pre-employment checklist and authenticate requirements submitted by hired candidate 
  • Create and keeps track of 201 File for newly hired employee

Exit Clearance

  • Routing of exit clearance and submit to Finance for last pay computation

Timekeeping

  • Conduct daily audit of Bitrix logging for all employees 
  • Assist in the preparation of timekeeping summary report
  • Assist in the creation of payslip

Benefits

  • Report all new hires to government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth and BIR)
  • Facilitate online reporting of employee’s maternity and sickness notification
  • Facilitate renewal of SSS L5-01 by securing specimen signature from authorized signatory
  • Submit separated employees report to all government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philheath)
  • Prepare CF1, MDR and certificate of contribution for requesting employee
  • Ensure complete compilation of MDR and Philhealth ID’s for all employees
  • Facilitate annual physical exam for employees and distribute APE result

Requirements

  • A graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or any related courses.
  • Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel and Google Office Suite
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks
  • Temporarily working-from-home. We are accepting applicants who will remain work from home, or will eventually go to the office when we re-open. The best candidate will fill the position regardless of location.
